Approximately 60 minutes before screening time.

What type of vehicles are permitted entry to the Drive-In?

Cars & 4WD vehicles will be permitted entry. Trucks, vans, motorhomes and combi vans will not be permitted

How many people per vehicle will be permitted to enter on one ticket?

A maximum of 5 people will be permitted to enter per vehicle

What if my vehicle can seat more than 5 people?

You may purchase additional ticket(s) according to the maximum number of people your vehicle is licensed to carry (to a maximum of 8 people) Children under the age of 3 years are excluded from this additional passenger charge.

What happens if a session is cancelled?

In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled, notification will be posted on the homepage of www.racecoursedrivein.com.au Ticket holders to that screening will be entitled to exchange their tickets for a later screening of their choice, subject to availability.

What happens if I miss the screening of a film I have a ticket for?

Tickets will not be exchanged unless the screening is cancelled.

Can I bring my own refreshments?

You can bring your own refreshments however food and drinks can be purchased at the venue.

Can I bring alcohol to the Drive-in?

Alcohol is not permitted.

Can I bring a BBQ?

Barbeques are not allowed in the drive-in.

Is my pet allowed at the Drive-in?

No animals are permitted at the venue.

Outdoor chairs and tables are not permitted.

How are the car spaces allocated?

Car spaces are unreserved, so come early to get a good spot.

How are VIP tickets different from General Admission tickets?

VIP tickets are reserved spaces in the front rows of the Cinema

Are there allocated spaces for 4WD's and larger vehicles?

There are spaces allocated for  4WD's and larger vehicles so passenger vehicle's viewing will not be compromised

Are there disabled facilities or allocated spaces?

Yes, there are designated spaces at the Drive-in for disabled parking. These spaces are close to the toilet facilities and food outlets. If you require a designated disabled space you must select the ticket type “General Admission – Disabled”

How do I hear the movie?

Tune your FM car radio to the advertised station and listen to the movie from the comfort of your own vehicle. If you don’t have an FM radio in your car, you will need to bring a portable FM radio (with additional batteries) in order to hear the movie.

Can I leave before the movie ends?

Yes. You would be required to dim your lights before leaving through the nearest exit.

If there are 2 screenings on an evening, can I stay for the second screening if I haven’t purchased a ticket in advance?

Yes, leave your car where it is parked; go to the ticket box to purchase a ticket for the 2nd screening and show the ushers where required to re-gain entry.

Can I remain in the car after the movie finishes?

On evenings where there is only 1 screening you must exit immediately as soon as the movie finishes.
On evenings where there are 2 screenings if you have not purchased a ticket for the 2nd screening you must exit immediately as soon as the movie finishes. If you have purchased a ticket for the 2nd screening you may remain in your car after the movie finishes. Then you must exit immediately as soon as the 2nd screening finishes.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Sorry there is no facility for Gift Vouchers for the 2010 season
