Thank you for your purchase. Our refund policy had been written in accordance with the NSW Government Fair Trading Act and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind on your purchase from the Bluesfest online store.
Refund / Return Policy
Bluesfest will allow a return in the case of an incorrect or defective order
If you received an incorrect or defective item you can send it back to Bluesfest and we will replace it with the correct one.
In the case of a faulty/defective item the customer can choose a refund or replacement for your purchase.
Items that are defective after they have been worn/ washed or used will not be replaced. All clothing must have tags still in place.
In the case of an incorrect item, it must be significantly different from the description/sample of the product ordered. You will not be eligible for a refund/exchange if you ordered the wrong size or colour. In the case of an incorrect item, it must be returned in a resellable condition.
Bluesfest will only accept returns that have been prearranged and approved by a Bluesfest staff member.
The customer must return the incorrect or defective goods within a reasonable period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
The customer must send approved returns and a copy of your receipt to;

Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned. Bluesfest will examine the goods and decide if you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.
Bluesfest will notify the customer if we believe you are not entitled to a refund or replacement.
